Cauliflower Potato Sabzi

We all know that Cauliflower and Potato can join together to serve a nice sidedish for Indian Bread like
Chapati etc.The fine taste of this dish makes u ask for more.It takes abt 10 mins to do this served.Easy to do and  an inviting Veg Combo to pair up with Indian Breads.Try this at home and Bon Appetit!.

Cauliflower Potato Sabzi - Cauliflower Florets cooked with potato pieces in spices

Ingredients:

15 cauliflower florets (cut and cleaned with hot water)
1 potato(peeled and cut into pieces)
3 green chillies(slit lengthwise)
1 onion(chopped finely)
1 tomato(chopped finely)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste(optional)
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp Subji Masala Powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp refined oil
1 sprig curry leaves
few coriander leaves (for garnishing)

Directions

1.Heat oil in a pan,fry mustard seeds,cumin seeds,chopped onions,chopped tomato and curry leaves.Saute for 2 mins.
2.Then add potato pieces and cauliflower florets, Subji Masala,coriander leaves,ginger-
garlic paste(optional) and salt. Saute for 2-3 min so that the spices mix evenly.
3.Then add water and green chillies and close the lid and cook for 7-8 mins till done.
4.Serve this sabzi hot with rice or chapatis.
