Cilantro Coolant

This refreshing combo Coolant of Cilantro and Soda helps U perfectly beat the heat and resists hot Summer at home. This Mocktail can keep U cool with its chilling freshness. Best for a hot Summer Day and easy to try at home. U can try this recipe with mint or Green Apple or Pineapple or Watermelon instead of cilantro but add 100 ml juice if its done with fruits. Here's the recipe!. Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!.

Cilantro Coolant
Ingredients
2 tsp cilantro juice
2 tsp sugar syrup
200 ml Chilled soda
1 tsp Lemon juice
1-2 tsp honey
3-4 Icecubes and lemon wedges
Directions:
1.Blend Coriander or Cilantro juice with Sugar syrup and chilled fizzy soda for few secs.
2.Add Ice cubes and blend for 3-5 secs again.
3.Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a dash of lemon and honey.
4.Serve it with lemon wedges.

Orange Ginger Iced Tea

Summer has started in India,East  and the  Middle-East. U can always beat Summer with Cool Drinks or Coolants - like many Indians always do and with Airconditioners. Many even prefer Cold Coffee or Iced Tea with Breakfast or Brunch.U must be familiar with Lemon Iced Tea -a tangy refresher. I preferred this Orange Iced Tea than that Combo cause it tasted sweet. A perfect Thirst Quencher and quite a Refresher. I added Ginger juice and honey to do it healthier. U can avoid them to go with sugar.Try this Combo Iced Tea once and see how it deliciously refreshes U to beat the Heat. Try it at home and Enjoy this Summer Tea Splash!. Enjoy ur Meal!. BonAppetit!.

Orange Ginger Iced Tea
Ingredients:
4 Plain or Cardamom Tea bags dipped in 300 ml hot water for 3-4 mins(freshly brewed)
200 ml fresh orange juice
ginger juice made with 1 inch ginger- grated pieces and 50 ml water
3-4 tbsp any good honey
8 Icecubes
few orange wedges - for garnishing
Directions:
1.Prepare freshly brewed black tea using 300 ml hot water dipping Cardamom Teabags for 3-4 mins.
2.Prepare 200 ml fresh Orange Juice using 2 - 3 any good orange variety.
3.Blend grated ginger and 50 ml water. Filter the ginger juice.
4.Add black tea,orange juice,ginger juice,honey and Icecubes in a blender and blend 3 times 3-4 secs each.
5.Clean 2 tall glasses and fill it with Orange-Ginger Iced Tea. Garnish with Orange wedges and Serve it refreshingly or chilled.U will like it.
Tips:
U can replace honey with 3-4 tsp sugar .

Gooseberry Juice

Simply refreshing Lemonade on a hectic and tiresome Day.Gooseberry is an excellent source of Vit C and increases production of RBC Cells and helps in boosting immunity and rejuvenating the vitality of the body and helps in anti-aging.U can add a tbsp of honey/glass and try this juice.U can have this juice with to fresh U up daily or on alternate Days.U can have it alone (without Lemon Juice).This serves 4 nos.Coo!.Give it a try!.Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!.

Gooseberry Juice - A refreshing medicated drink of ginger flavored Amla juice
Ingredients:
    10 Gooseberries - cut and deseeded
    1 inch size ginger piece - chopped tsp ginger juice
    Juice of 1 lemon (optional)
    1 tbsp honey
    50 gms sugar
    800 ml water
Directions:
    1.Blend the gooseberry and ginger pieces in 800 ml water and strain the juice.
    2.Add sugar and lemon juice(optional) and blend again. .
    3.Refrigerate it for 20 mins .
    4.Serve it chilled on 4 tall glasses with mint leaves and a dash of honey on top.
