Oats-Chocochips Muffins

Glad to share with U that I received the KFC Gift Vouchers and Mrs.Gayathri Kumar's wonderful giveaway of Tarla Dalal's Book yesterday.I Forget to post abt this Giveaway Mug - Which was presented to me By Ms.Richa of Ambrotos as the Winner of Curries with Fruits this Jan.Thanks a lot Indiblogger.in, KFC, Mrs.Gayathri Kumar and Ms.Richa for giving me few sweeter moments after I started Blogging nearly 8 months ago. I will be posting a recipe from Mrs.Gayathri Kumar's Giveaway Book propably next week.
I wanted to post this Oats-Chocochips Muffins recipe last month for an Event last month but postponed it as one of my Bloggerfriends posted a similar recipe that day. Here is that given healthy n Kid's friendly Muffins recipe to try at home. The clicks of this Muffins show  that its done with Oatmeal but I saw this Muffins turn up Superbly when (my Friend) tried it with pulsed Oatmeal. Do U want to taste this Laddu?(Laddu Thinna Aasaiya?)!  Enjoy Easy Baking at home!.Enjoy Ur Teatime!. BonAppetit!.

Oats-Chocochips Muffins
Ingredients:
3/4 cup pulsed Oatmeal - pulse it fine 4-5 times
1/2 tsp refined flour
1 - 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 - 3 tbsp choco chips
1 tsp vanilla essence
100 ml lowfat milk
20 ml refined oil
20 gms melted butter
1 or 2 egg whites(optional)- well beaten
Stuffing Ingredients:
2 - 3 tbsp choco flakes
12 cadburys shots
Directions:
1.Sieve the refined flour,Pulsed-fine Oats,baking powder and baking Soda together in a bowl,mix it well and keep it aside.(Don't add that is left on the sieve).
2.Combine milk,melted butter,oil,vanilla essence,beaten egg whites(optional) and 1 tbsp water.Whisk it well using a hand mixer.
3.Combine this beaten mixture with the flour mixture and fold it gently with the help of a spatula or 2-3 mins to make a cake flour or dropping consistency.
4.Arrange 6 greased and dusted Muffins Moulds. Place 1 or 2 cadburys Shots, sprinkle choco flakes and Pour equal amount of batter and sprinkle choco chips.
5.Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 C for 10 mins. Then,at 160 C for 15 - 18 mins.
6.Allow it to cool for abt 15 mins. Serve it with Tea/Coffee.
