Canned Corn n Beans Salad

This colourful salad can be done in a Jiffy (in 5 mins time) since all readily processed ingredients are used and packed for Lunch along with rice or Roti. The Left over Salad - if any can be done as raita or added in Soup or in Curry or in Bread Sandwiches, Samosa and Puff fillings for easy snacks. Try this Easy,Yumm and Quick Salad for guests and Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!.

Canned Corn n Beans Salad
Ingredients:
1 tbsp canned beans(Rajma(big and small),white chickpeas,baked beans etc)
1 tbsp canned sweet corn kernels
1 tbsp grated carrot
1 tbsp finely sliced coloured capsicums
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp Ur choice Salad seasoning
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp olive or salad oil - optional
Directions
1. Take a Salad Bowl .Add and mix the beans and corns.
2.Mix the seasonings separately and add it to the salad bowl. Mix it well.
3.Serve it chilled or fresh or pack it for lunch along with rice or roti or bread sandwiches.
