Enjoyed 'Harris Jeyaraj Show ' last Night in Dubai Festival City yesterday.16 Years ago this Day My Hubby came to Bride-See me and the Engagement and the Wedding Dates got finalised by Our Parents the Same Day. This is a homely cum Restaurant Style Onion Rings Recipe. Onion needs to be cut horizantally for this easy-fries.This simple recipe needs 6-7 mins cooking time.It can be done deep-fried or baked at 180  C for 15 - 18 mins at the middle rack position. U can add  1-2 tsp besan flour,1/5 tsp chilli powder  and a pinch of Asafoetida powder to get it done spicier - for variation. Enjoy this simple and crisp-done Onion Fries at home with Tea/Coffee. BonAppetit!.
