Chilli Chocolate Chicken (Chinese Style)

I've waited for a longtime(few months) to try this recipe and did this Chocolate Chicken  like the Chinese  Chilli Chicken. This dish tasted so Yumm n  easy good when done!. This needs approximately 15 mins Cooking time and serves 4 nos. This is my own easy-to-do version of Chilli Choco Chicken recipe. This dish tasted awesome n delicious than I expected. U can also use 1 tsp Aachi Chilli chicken Masala mixed with 2 tsp yoghurt when U fry chicken with corn flour. U can also substitute Peanut Butter for Nutella in this and try the recipe. This goes well with any Variety Rice or Fried Rice or Pulao or Biryani or Indian Breads. Try this tasty Chocolate Chicken and Enjoy Easy n tasty Cooking at home!. Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!

Chilli Chocolate Chicken (Chinese Style)
Ingredients:
250 gms Boneless Chicken  - Cleaned well
4 tsp nutella
2 garlic cloves - cut fine
1/4 tsp grated ginger
1 medium sized Onion - Chopped fine
a pinch of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 1/2  tsp soy sauce
2 tsp tomato puree
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp corn flour
1/3 tsp salt - to taste
few capsicum slices
2 tbsp finely chopped spring onions
few coriander leaves
oil to deep-fry  + 2 tsp oil
Directions:
1.Make a paste of cornflour with 1 tbsp water and a pinch of salt. Dip or Roll the chicken pieces in cornflour paste.
2.Heat needed oil to deep-fry and fry the chicken pieces till it turns golden brown. Keep it aside.
3.Heat oil in a non-stick kadai. Fry garlic cloves,grated ginger,chopped onions and capsicum slices. Saute it for 2 mins.
4.Add tomato puree and the remaining dry masala like turmeric powder,chilli powder and garam masala.Stir it for a min or 2.
5.Add Soy sauce and Sugar. Stir it well for a min.
6.Add the deep-fried chicken pieces and 4 tsp nutella and stir-cook for 3 mins on lowflame.
7.Add spring onions and coriander leaves. Mix it well.
8.Serve it hot with any Variety Rice or Biryani,Fried Rice,Pulao or Indian Breads.
