Grapes Yoghurt Pulao

Tried it last night after tasting it in my relative's (a PG Degree holder in Home Science & an Inspiration for me) home this Pongal Day. I have come across  Yoghurt n Peas Pulao in Priya Suresh's Page Last month. This Pulao can be an ideal replacement for Curd rice and requires no taste-match or accompaniment since it can be taken with seedless Grapes added. If needed serve it with Chicken 65 or Gobi or Soya or Mushroom 65.Give it a try at home as it rquires 15 mins cooking time and serves 3-4 nos.U can try this yoghurt with Pomegranate or Apple otherwise with Veggies like Grated Carrot, Cucumber,Green Peas etc. Try it at home and Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!.

Grapes(Seedless) Yoghurt Pulao
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup Basmati rice - cleaned and ghee-roasted with 2 tsp ghee for 2 mins
3/4 cup or 150 ml yoghurt
2 or 2 1/4 cups water
150 gms small seedless grapes
1/2 tsp jeera
a pinch of grated ginger
2 bay leaves - crushed
2 cardamoms
2 cloves
1 cm  sized cinnamon stick
few coriander leaves - optional
1/5 tsp salt
few ghee-roasted raisins n cahews
2 tsp refined oil + 1 tsp ghee

3.Add seedless grapes and stir it for few secs on low flame.
4.Add the basmati rice that is done with tender coconut water and mix it well for 2 mins.
5.Thats all!.Finish it with chopped coriander leaves or ghee-roasted cashews and raisins. Turn off the flame.
6.Serve it hot with chicken 65 or  Veggie 65 or fry or Tikka of Ur choice or stew or korma.Yummy!.
