Yoghurt Vegetable Salad

Easy Star Hotel Yoghurt Salad recipe is given here to be tried at home.It can be an ideal replacement for raita. U can have it with Chapati adding a chopped tomato as a taste-match. U can also add 1 cup chopped Oil-sauteed Spinach (with 1/2 tsp oil and a pinch of salt). This salad will taste and look fine - if it is not watery.Try this recipe at home.Enjoy Ur Meal!. Mixed Vegetable Dahi Salad - Veg Salad done with Yoghurt
Ingredients:
    1/2 cup Cauliflower (cut into thin florets)
    1 boiled Potato - (peeled and cut into pieces)
    1/2 cup Carrot (cut into 1 cm cube)
    1/2 cup French Beans (cut into 1 cm pieces)
    1/4 cup fresh Green Peas
    1 tsp Mayonnaise
    2 cups Lowfat Yoghurt(Don't use Curd)  
    1/5 tsp Salt to taste
    1 small Green Chilli(finely chopped)
  Directions:
    1.Cut all the vegetables after cleaning them.Drain excess water of the yoghurt Using a Muslin Cloth and squeeze it.Mix it with mayo.
    2.Boil water and cook the Vegs with salt till half-done - for 5 mins and  strain extra-water.(Don't waste it - U can have it as Soup or use it as Veg Stock)
    3.Take a salad bowl and mix the half-cooked vegetables,salt to taste, chopped green chillies,salad oil and drained yoghurt.
    4.Mix it well and refrigerate before serving it chilled.
