Sweet Potato Chat

This can be a good variation of the famous North-Indian Street food or Snack or Chat item. U barely need 4 - 5 mins Microwave cooking time to end this snack using microwave (after boiling the sweet potato for 8 - 9 mins on good flame).Kids will luv the tangy and sweet Chat masala flavored snack. It can serve U a short-meal too.Can be a good sweet-potato Tiffin besides Laddu,cutlet,Tikki and stuffed Pozhi or Poori. U can try this recipe with sprouted Mungdal,Oats, Noodles,Pasta,Cornflakes,Pappad,Oil-roasted Potato,Bread pieces, Idli pieces, boiled Egg slices or scrambled Egg pieces, Rice flakes, Sausage,Cutlet,Samosa,Dosa, Chapati, Parota, Puffed Rice, Boiled Tapioca, Soy Flakes,selective Fruits and Vegs... etc. Try it at home and Enjoy an easy Evening Chat with Sweet Potato Chat. BonAppetit!.

Sweet Potato Chat
Ingredients:
1 medium sized Sweet Potato - 3/4th boiled, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped(optional)
1 finely chopped green chilli
2 tbsp tomato-chilli sauce (mixed with 11/2 tsp Sugar)
1 tsp any good chat masala
3 tbsp plain Sev
1/2  tsp lemon juice
few coriander leaves
Directions:
1.Take a microwave-Safe bowl,Mix sweet potato pieces with 1 tsp oil and M/W this on high for 1 1/2 - 2 mins.
2.Take the bowl out and mix all the ingredients except the plain sev and lemon juice.Microwave this on high for 2-3 mins.
3.Serve it hot sprinkling lemon juice and plain sev on top with Tea/Coffee or anytime.It can serve U a short-meal too.
