Cucumber Yoghurt Shorba

This soup is a healthy and comforting soup done with a mixture of Yoghurt and cucumber.This thick and chunky Shorba is quick to do and needs 15 mins cooking time and serves 3 nos.U can try this soup with grated carrot,cabbage ,spinach(add a pressed garlic to it) and mushrooms.This don't cost much and easy to make.Enjoy delicious Soup!.Enjoy Ur Meal!. Cucumber Yoghurt Shorba
Ingredients:
1 cup yoghurt
1 or 150 gms cucumber - grated
1/2 tsp corn flour
1 green chilli - chopped
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp sugar
a pinch of salt or needed
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp butter
Directions:
1.Grind ginger and green chilli to a fine paste.
2.Whisk the Yoghurt with 2 cups water.Add cornflour,green chilli paste,sugar ad salt.Mix well.
3.Heat butter in a kadai and add cumin seeds,grated cucumber and little salt.
4.Stir it or 4 mins and Simmer it adding 1/2 cup water for 5 mins on low flame.
5.Stir in the yoghurt mixture and simmer it till it becomes thick or for 4-5 mins on low flame.
5.Serve it hot.
