Broadbeans Curry

Home-made simple curries are matchlessly tasty and healthy side-dish to pair up with with steamed rice and rasam or Curd Rice or chapathi or Idli. U can do greater varieties with this Indian Vegetable. This dish is an easy to do sidedish popular in TamilNadu and needs 12 - 15 mins cooking-time.Try this recipe at home and Enjoy a tasty Meal!.BonAppetit!.

Broadbeans Curry - Broadbeans pieces cooked with selective spices
Ingredients:
    150 gms Broadbeans - Avaraikkai (Cleaned and chopped fine)
    1 onion - finely chopped
    1/4 tsp chilli powder
    1/4 coriander powder
    a pinch of  turmeric powder
    1/2 tsp mustard seeds
    1 tbsp coconut paste with 1 sambar onion ,1 long green chilli and 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
    1/2 tsp or salt to taste
    few curry leaves
    few coriander leaves
    200 ml water
    2 tsp refined oil
Directions:
    1.Heat oil in a Kadai, Splutter mustard seeds,chopped onions and curry leaves.Saute it for 3 mins on medium flame.
    2.Add the Broad Beans pieces to the Kadai,all the spices,ground masala and salt and saute it for 2 mins till the spices get mixed well.
    3.Add 150 ml water, Cover and cook till it gets done in 10 -12 mins time on medium flame - stirring it often.
    4.Gather this Broad Beans masala in a bowl and serve it hot with Steamed rice or sambar or rasam or yoghurt or Curd rice or Coconut rice or lemon rice or chapati or Idli.
