Veg Bread Biryani - A Microwave Recipe

It can be a startling teatime snack or a sizzling short-meal with a perfect accompaniment.Its an easy to do Biryani and needs 15 - 16 mins microwave-cooking time only to serve short-meals(2 nos) or Teatime Snacks (4 nos).Those who need an easy Biryani can try this recipe cause it has all the ingredients to make a special occasion memorable.U can try this recipe with Oats or few secs soaked Riceflakes(poha) for variation or with chicken or mutton or prawns using Bread pieces.Try this recipe and  Enjoy Easy Bread Biryani at home!. Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!.

Veg Bread Biryani
Ingredients:
6 bread slices - edges removed and cut into bite sized pieces
1 onion - sliced fine
1 tomato - chopped fine
2 small green chillies - slit
1 cardamom,1/2 bay leaf - crushed,2 cloves,1 cm long -cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 carrot - diced fine
5 french beans - chopped fine
1 small potato - peeled and chopped fine
3 tbsp fresh green peas
1 tsp Aachi biryani masala
a pinch of turmeric powder
a pinch of salt
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp refined oil
Directions:
1.Add oil,cardamom,bay leaf - crushed,cloves and cinnamon stick to a Microwave-safe bowl.Add the sliced onions and green chillies. Microwave it for 2 mins on high.
2.Add the sliced tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste to the same bowl and micowave it for 3 more mins.
3.Take the bowl out and add the chopped vegetables,1/2 cup water and salt and Microwave it on high for 5 mins.
4.Take the bowl out and add turmeric powder and biryani masala powder.Mix it well.Microwave it on high for 2 more mins.
5.Add bread pieces and chopped coriander leaves to the bowl and mix it well and microwave it for 3-4 mins on medium-high.
6.Serve it hot with raita or as such.
