Sprouted Mungbeans Pulav

This Pulav can be said as tastfully good  and done in less than 15 mins cooking time.Since sprouted Mungbeans is done the same time of basmati rice,U can stop pressure cooking it after 1 whistle.U can pack it for Lunch with raita.U can separately do the rice and add it to the Mungdal done.But it takes 10 more mins.Did it together to save time.U can also do Biryani,Fried rice with sprouted mungbeans.Enjoy Ur meal!.BonAppetit!.

Sprouted Mungbeans Pulav
Ingredients
150 gms Sprouted Mungbeans - cleaned well
1 1/4 cup basmati rice - washed well
1 medium-sized onion -sliced fine
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 cardamoms,2 cloves,1 cm cinnamon sticks,1 bayleaf -crushed
2 green chillies slit(optional)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
2 tsp + 1 tsp ghee + 1 tsp coconut oil
1 3/4 cup water
1/6 tsp salt or needed

Directions:
1.Heat 2 tsp ghee in a kadai and roast basmati rice.
2.Heat 1 tsp ghee + 1 tsp coconut oil(or refined oil)in a pressure pan and fry 2 cardamoms,2 cloves,1 cm cinnamon sticks and 1 bay leaf - crushed. Add cumin seeds after 40 secs and fry for 20  secs more on good flame.
3.Add  sliced onion and greenchillies(optional),saute it for 2 mins and add ginger garlic paste and stir it for 2 mins more.
4.Add Sprouted Mungbeans and stir it well for a min.
5.Then add ghee-sauteed basmati rice,salt and 1 3/4 cup water and cover it with pan lid and pressure cook it upto 1 whistle.Leave it for 10 mins for the pressure to be released.
6.Serve it hot with Stew,Korma of ur choices or chips or raita of ur choices.
