Chocolate Exotica

This is an irresistible and tempting Dessert.Naturally no special occasion will be complete without something sweet - a rich Dessert.Try this tasty dark temptation this weekend at home.The chocolate sauce and caramelized cashews can be prepared at home.U can buy few slices of cakes and butterscotch Ice-cream and start doing this dessert. Enjoy this juicy sweet chocolate flavored layers!.BonAppetit!.

Chocolate Exotica
Ingredients:
1 slice of chocolate sponge cake
1 slice of vanilla sponge cake
4 scoops of butterscotch Icecream
few strawberries and cherries - chopped fine
few caramelized cashews
80 ml chocolate sauce
50 ml cream beaten well with 30 gms sugar for a min or two using hand mixture
2 tbsp honey
few chocolate flakes
For Chocolate sauce:
4 tsp cocoa powder or chocolate flakes
40 gms powdered sugar
20 ml water
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp maida flour-dissolved in 2 tbsp water
Directions:
1.First do the chocolate sauce: Dissolve sugar in water.Heat the sugar dissolved water,chocolate flakes or cocoa powder and stir for 3 mins.Add butter and maida flour and mix well.Stir continuously for 12 mins till it becomes in thick consistency.
2.Then do the caramelized cashews: Buy 20 gms cashewnuts and 50gms sugar.Heat sugar in a kadai and stir it for 2 mins till it gets melted or caramelized.Add the crushed cashews and stir it well fast for 20 secs so that it gets evenly coated before becoming sticky.Turn off the flame and collect the cashewnuts in a bowl.
3.Beat the cream well with 30 gms sugar for a min or two using hand mixture and keep this aside.
4.Take 4 glasses or bowls.Place 2 tsp strawberry and cherry and then one scoop of Butterscotch Icecream over it.Sprinkle honey and caramelized cashews over it .
5.Place one piece of chocolate sponge cake and apply 1 tbsp cream over it.
6.Place a piece of Vanilla sponge cake and pour thick chocolate sauce over it.Allow it to settle in freezer for 
an hour.
7.Place little cream with cherry  or chocolate flakes on top and serve it chilled.
