Prawns Risotto

This Prawns Risotto is a tasty Italian Prawns Rice done with Rissotto variety rice.U can try this recipe at home with other seafoods or Chicken,Mutton and beef.Vegetarians can try this with Paneer,Spinach, Cauliflower,Potato,Cabbage,Broccoli etc.Very tasty Italian Variety rice to try at home.Enjoy ur Meal!. Prawns Risotto - A tasty Italian Prawns Rice done with Rissotto Rice

Ingredients:
    200 gm risotto rice - parboiled
    250 g King prawns - cleaned, de-veined(U can do it with any good prawns and don't prepare prawns like shown in the click)
    5 shallots - finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic - chopped
    a pinch of grated ginger
    2 tbsp tomato puree
    50 gms butter
    1 tsp pepper corns - crushed
    2 sprigs parsley - chopped
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp tomato sauce

    For the Marinade:
    1/4 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    1/2 tsp lemon juice
    
Directions

    1.Marinate the cleaned prawns with 1/4 tsp ginger-garlic paste and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
    2.Heat butter in a frying pan.Saute shallots and chopped garlic till golden brown.
    3.Add prawns and crushed pepper corns and salt and saute for 2 mins.
    4.Add parboiled risotto rice and mix well.
    5.Mix in tomato puree and needed water to allow the rice to cook till done.
    6.Garnish with parsley and Serve it hot with little tomato sauce and garlic bread.
