Vermicelli Veg. Idli

Vermicelli Idli can be prepared like Rava Idli with Vegetables and Yoghurt .Very tasty Idli to do with chopped vegetables and seasoning.I first tried it an year back with little semolina added to it and but it came out well even without semolina.Add fresh chopped vegetables or saute it with  seasoning and add it to the Idli batter. This can be served with Sesame Chutney or Tomato-Onion Chutney.Enjoy it anytime!.Bon Appetit!.
