U can do wonders with apple.Try this simple Fritters with Apple.Easy to Do as well as needs less time(5-6 mins) cooking time only.These Apple Fritters taste terrific.U can make it as apple toffee bites( after cutting each into 4 pieces and dip it ito a camamelized sugar syrup-done with upto light brown in colour adding 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds and immediately dip it for 5-10 secs in ice cubes filled water so that the syrup coating sticks to the apple pieces like a toffee).U can also try Apple Bajji(if u like to taste a sweet bajji).Enjoy ur teatime!.Bonappetit!.
Apple Fritters - Mixed flour coated Apple slices deep-fried in oil
Ingredients:
1 Apple sliced into 7-8 round pieces(peel the apple,remove the seeds before slicing them)
1/2 cup maida or all purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar -powdered
a pinch of baking powder
2 tsp ghee + 1 cup refined oil for deep- frying
1 cup water or the needed quantity
a pinch of salt
Directions
1.Take a bowl, mix sugar,maida,,little salt and baking powder.
2.Add required water to make a pancake batter mix well so that no lumps should form.
3.Peel the apple,remove the seeds in the centre and slice them.Rub sugar powder over them.Keep this aside.
4.Heat oil + ghee in a non-stick kadai on medium flame.
5.Dip each piece of apple in this batter and deep-fry in oil on medium heat till golden brown on both sides.
6.Serve hot with ketchup and coffee or tea.

hi my kitchen flavors, first time i see this recipe. must be very flavorful with apple and cardamom, wonder what is maida.. am learning new things here
Dear Cookingvarieties ,Thanks for ur interests.Maida is a refined product of wheat.Though said as 'all-purpose flour' by Indian chefs, it more closely resembles cake flour.
The fritters look fantastic dear. Sure it will taste great with tea.
