Mixed Veg. Wheat Dosa

Wheat dosa is good for diabetic patients.Health Concious people can have it once a week for dinner.This can be taken with Kormas(Veg or Non-veg),Chicken, mutton or Fish kuzhambu or with stews(Veg or Non-Veg).If u don't find time to make any side dish, u can have it with chutney or Idli Chilli Powder with oil or ghee or sugar or raita.Here is the recipe for u to try at home

Mixed Veg. Wheat Dosa -Dosa made with wheat flour and mixed veg.s.
   
Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup wheat flour - sieved and dissolved in 3 cups water
    1 chopped Big onion
    1/2 tsp chilli powder
    1  green chilli - chopped fine
    2 tbsp roasted semolina (rawa)
    3 tbsp mixed vegetables
    1 tbsp chopped curry leaves
    few coriander leaves
    3/4 tsp salt
    3 tbsp refined oil

Directions

    1.Mix all the other ingredients with dissolved wheat flour and mix well.
    2.Heat Dosai Kadai (sim)and grease it with oil .Spread wheat dosa then turn over after a min and take that dosai after a min.
    3.Similarly do other dosais too.
