Peanut Katli (Rolls)

Wanted to try Cashewnut Katli (Rolls) this month and when I saw some unused peanuts,my recipe got changed to Peanut Katli, which is easily affordable by all, equally tastes good and requires shorter cooking time compared to that of Cashew and Pistachio. Try this Peanut Katli at home and enjoy this easy n tasty homemade Sweet. U need 15 - 18 mins cooking time if U buy 150 gms skinless peanuts and this serves 5-6 nos. If U over-cook it,it becomes chewy. Enjoy easy homemade sweets at home!. Enjoy Ur Meal!. Bonappetit!.

Peanut Katli (Rolls)
Ingredients:
150 gms peanuts - skinless - dry roasted for 2 mins on lowflame
130 - 150 gms sugar
2 tsp ghee
1 tbsp - 2 tbsp chunky peanuts
10 cashewnuts
2 tbsp milk powder or coconutmilk powder
50 ml Lowfat Milk- don't add more
50 ml (sweetened) condensed milk
3 - 4 tsp refined flour
Directions:
1.Grind dry-roasted skinless peants with sugar, milk or coconutmilk powder and cashews into chunky paste . Take 1 tbsp ground Peanut Mixture and keep it aside. Grind the remaining mixture to a coarse paste.
2.Heat lowfat milk on lowflame and when it begins to boil, add the ground peanut paste with condensed milk and stir-cook till it gets thickened.
3.When it thickens, add 2 tsp ghee and stir-cook for 2-3 mins and turn off the flame. It shd not get dry.Leave it to cool.Add the chunky peanut mixture that was kept aside in step 1.Mix it well.
4.After 15 mins, rub refined flour in ur hands and shape the Peanut mixture into balls and then roll the balls into rolls. Likewise continue with the rest(roll all the peanut balls). Serve it to the guests or family members anytime.
