Chocolate Mousse

This recipe states the preparation of  traditional Chocolate Mousse - a tempting and super inviting Dessert. Dessert is usually served as the last course of a Meal.It makes a final impression on the entire Meal served so far.Quite suitably,chocolate comes first as the Favourite Dessert Flavor and here is a recipe of a delightful Chocolate dessert to try at home easily.Enjoy Easy Dessert!.Enjoy Your Meal!.BonAppetit!.

Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
25 gms dark chocolate
2 eggs
35 - 40 grams castor sugar

Directions:
1.Separate the eggs into whites and yolks.
2.Melt  the chocolate on a double boiler or indirect heating (like a bowl with chocolate over a pot of boiling water below or steam-cook and stir without covering or tawa with a flat bowl of chocolate).
3.Make creamy soft peak with castor sugar and egg whites (meringue)- mix well using a hand mixer.
4.Beat the egg yolks with the softy peaks mixing it with the melted chocolate.
5.Serve it in small glasses or individual bowls or cups after refrigerating in the fridge for an hour.

  17. You know what, I have been reading your blog for a long time, and trust me, you are my angel in the world of kitchen. Right now, am in mom's place post delivery and so don't get to do much of the cooking.....though my hands itch like hell to cook! So waiting to start off with a bang once I am back in my place and yes, starting off with your yummy recipes! Hope my hubby loves them, as much as I would enjoy preparing them :D
