This recipe states an IceCream Preparation makes a creamy IceCream using little Cream at home. U can make it healthier by replacing 150 - 200 ml honey in the place of Powdered Sugar and thereby increasing the taste and flavor of this IceCream but an expensive Option. U can try it with Yogurt alone (without adding Almonds). Try this Icecream at home and Beat Hot Summer Softly with Creamy-good IceCreams. Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!
Yogurt Badam IceCream
Ingredients:
1 cup Hung Curd or Yogurt
1 - 2 tbsp thick fresh cream
100 ml condensed milk
200 gms powdered sugar
20 Almonds - peeled and powdered
1 tsp Alomond Essence
1 tbsp any good badam milk powder
2 tbsp honey - while serving
5 Walnuts or Almonds - choped or crushed
Directions:
1.Gather Hung Curd or Yogurt from 600 ml Yogurt using a muslin cloth. Squeeze and Drain water. Mix the hung Curd well.
2.Mix it with powdered sugar, Almond Essence and powdered Almonds well using any processor/hand mixer/blender.
3.Add cream and condensed milk and beat again till it becomes creamy.
4.Transfer it to the Icecream mould or tin and freeze it or 1 hour to 80 mins.
5.Take the Icecream again and process it till creamy using any processor/hand mixer/blender.
6.Again transfer it to the Icecream tin and allow it to set for an hour or 2.
7.Repeat this process 1 or 2 times till U get a Soft n Creamy Icecream.
8.Serve it in 4 Dessert bowls decorated with bhadham milk powder,honey and walnuts (or Almonds).
