Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 cup Oatmeal
1 banana or Apple - peeled and sliced
4 tsp honey
500 ml Lowfat Milk
Directions:
1.Boil milk in a pan and when it boils,add Oatmeal and stir-cook for 2-3 mins(enough) on lowflame.Leave it to cool.
2.Peel and cut Banana or Apple into pieces
3.Combine the Oatmeal mixture and Banana or Apple in a mixer-Grinder and Blend them into a thick smoothie.
4.Its good and U can have it as such or serve it chilled with 2 tsp honey on top.
