Garlic Milk

This medicated drink is good for general health with all goodness of garlic in it.Used to have it regularly when I was young.u can have it atleast once a week after dinner time.Can have it as such without straining and sugar.Can add 1 tsp grated Ginger to make it healthier and flavorful.Serves 4 nos and needs less 10 mins cooking time.Enjoy easy and healthy cooking at home.Enjoy Ur Meal!.BonAppetit!.

Garlic Milk - Garlic cloves cooked in milk with spices


Ingredients:

    1 litre ml Low Fat milk
    25-30 medium sized garlic cloves-peeled  

Directions:

    1.Boil milk with garlic cloves for 7-8 mins till the garlic pearls turn soft and done.The milk will retain aromatic flavor of Garlic.
    2.Strain the milk and  U can have it as such. (or add a spoon full of sugar -before serving to the kids).
    3.Pour it in tall glasses and Serve hot.
