Orange Lassi

This Orange Lassi has become my fav drink since I tried it for the first time at home nearly 4 years ago.Then, I published it on net in Khanakhazana.com. Simply refreshing,very Colourful and great for breakfast as a drink - with Toasts,Sandwiches or for kiddy parties.Once cooled,this is portable enough for picnics too.Trust me-this Orange Lassi tastes so good than any other Lassi.Give it a try.This serves two.Enjoy!.


Orange Lassi - Lassi made with fresh or bottled Orange Juice

Ingredients:
Orange juice - 600 ml
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Low fat leban up(buttermilk)-150ml
ur fav.essence - few drops (optional)
Orange Wedges  -  2 nos.

Directions:
    1.Blend leban-up with orange juice,sugar and  few drops of ur fav. essence (optional) using a blender.
    2.Strain and serve this chilled. Serve this topped with Orange Wedges.
    3.This serves two. Truly refreshing and tastes great  if served chilled.
