Melon Ginger Spicy Coolant

In this, Watermelon juice gets spiked with ginger and ajwain (Carom seeds) and served as a Coolant with melon scoops on top. It tastes different from the Plain one. This spicy coolant tickles ur tastebuds to ask for more and the taste of the drink gets retained for a long time. This serves four. This recipe is my own creation and first published in 3/2009 by Khanakhazana.com and later they've added it in their Asian Restaurant's Menu Card. Enjoy this easy n healthy Coolant this Summer. BonAppetit!.
