Chicken Liver Pepper Masala

This Chicken Liver Pepper Masala is done with less oil and time,say in 10 mins time.The outcome is a fabulous Pepper Masala Gravy and tasty accompaniment to Steamed Rice and Indian Breads to try at home.Enjoy your Meal!. BonAppetit!.

Liver Pepper Masala - Chicken Liver fried with pepper powder and spices
Ingredients:
    300 gm chicken liver -cleaned well
    1 big onion -chopped
    1 big onion - pasted
    1/4 tsp chilli powder
    1 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper powder
    1/5 tsp turmeric powder
    1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    1/4 tsp jeera powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup water
    2 tsp refined oil
    1/2 tsp lemon juice
    few curry leaves and coriander leaves
Directions:

    1.Take a pressure pan and heat oil,saute chopped onion,onion paste,ginger garlic paste and curry leaves.
    2.Add all the other spices and salt to this pressure pan mixture and Stir this for a min.
    3.Close the lid and pressure-cook with whistle for 6-7 mins or upto 1 whistle.Turn off the flame.
    4.After 10 mins open the pan lid and saute till the gravy runs semi-dry.
    5.Serve this with rice,Indian breads,Idli etc,.
