This easy snack can be tried in 10 mins time with few left-over chapatis and readily available ingredients in the

Left-over Chapati Stirfry - Left-over Chapati pieces fried in Indo -Chinee style with spices
Ingredients:
3 Left over chapatis (cut into 1 1/2 inch strips)
1 sliced big onion(optional - but gives nice flavor to the dish)
1 finely chopped tomato
1 garlic pearl-chopped fine
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 whole red chillies(optional)
chopped curry leaves - few
chopped coriander leaves - few
1/2 tsp fresh ginger-garlic paste
1/4 salt - to taste
2 tbsp refined oil
Directions
1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds,curry leaves,red chillies,chopped garlic and chopped onion and saute for a min.
2.Add ginger-garlic paste,chopped tomato and chilli powder,one by one and saute well.
3.Add Soya sauce and green chilli sauce and stir-fry for a min or more.Then add the chapati strips and a pinch of salt and toss it well and mix.
4.Serve it hot with coffee or tea and enjoy ur tea time .
Note:
1.U can add vegetables(grated carrot,beans and others) in Step 2 after adding the chopped tomatoes and capsicum pieces or spring onions in Step 3 along with soy sauce.
2.U can include the strips of boiled chiken pieces(taken from the afternoon Chicken curry),adding them with the chapati pieces and try this recipe.
